Attended NTGH on the 12th September for surgery for a Nissen Fundoplication, the entire experience from start to finish of my stay was simply amazing I was looked after from arrival and treated with respect and dignity and felt calm before my operation, upon waking up in recovery and being taken to Ward 7 I was cared for by some brilliant staff who I can’t name due to the rules for leaving a review but if you please pass my feedback on to Ward 7 I couldn’t thank the day and night staff enough for looking after me. The level of care I received was 10/10 this was my first operation so I was a little nervous as expected but completely made to feel at ease and upon recovering I was checked hourly to make sure I wasn’t in pain. I’d like to thank everyone on Ward 7 for the care I received from Day and Night staff thank you so much
