Visited ENT outpatients today. I set off well in advance for parking. Got a space immediately. Arrived 25mins early for my appointment. Was seen by consultant and a nurse wgo were both very professional earlier than my scheduled time. I was back in the car before my actual appoitment. Health not recitfied but having more investigations shortly in the outpatients dept.
