(as a service user),

Since the day I came in I have had excellent treatment. I have been treated with respect and dignity by all the staff. The nurses & carers are kind and caring.

The "Whats important" Board is a very good idea to inform others about me, and is a good talking point.

The nurses and carers are very encouraging and kind. The support services like physio, dietician, swallow nurse, tea lady all work as a team are professional and attentive.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
