I'm glad that you felt mostly positive about your time with us in A11, and that you felt happy about the staff and environment. I'm also glad that you felt there was enough to do to keep your mind occupied, and to stop you getting too bored or fed up.

We always try to answer the nurse call bell as quickly as we can however sometimes this involves some prioritisation in order to keep the whole environment safe. We will always try to get to you quickly though, and I'm sorry that it possibly didn't feel like this for you this time.

If there were any problems with your medication, I hope that you managed to get it resolved while you were still an inpatient with us. I would always encourage you to speak to any member of staff if you have any questions about your medication, or any requests. You are the most important decision maker with regards to your own care, and the medical staff are always keen to hear your thoughts.
