"Kind and helpful attention"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I was unable to put any weight on my knee without feeling extreme pain. My husband took me to hospital where I received the most kind and helpful attention. I was seen within half an hour. I cannot praise too highly the attention I received from the doctor, x-ray staff and nurses. Many thanks to you all.
