"Staff were lovely"

Thank you to all the staff who were in A&E when I attended last week. Despite how busy it was, I was kept up to date and all of my tests were done very efficiently by very friendly members of staff. The doctor and the student doctor were very friendly, carrying out tests and explaining why they were doing everything. Despite my pain (and bad jokes to lighten the moment) they were fantastic, as were the HCA, phlebotomist for my blood test  and radiologic technician (who did my xray). The only delay was after all the tests had been carried out and I awaited my results - but that was to be expected as I noted quite a few more people in A&E as the morning went on. The only complaint I would have was that one of the staff interrupted my examination by the Doctor to say he had taken his room without apologizing that he has interrupted.

All in all though, I was very happy with my care and thought the staff I encountered were lovely.
