"Helpful and attentive"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

Staff couldn't be any more helpful and attentive than they were. Everybody was so nice and kept you informed with what was happening with your treatment. 

Only downside was the heat during the night. Far too warm.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
