"Dr"

About: Laindon Medical Group

When I first met the Dr I was deeply depressed with suicidal thoughts. I had a significant tremor and severe back pain. The Dr listened carefully to my symptoms and eventually referred me to the Nuerology Consultant at Basildon Hospital, where I was tested for Parkinsons Disease. Fortunately, the results were negative & I was diagnosed with Parkinsonism caused by the antieplepitic drug I had been taking for 10 years (Sodium Valproate). I was carefully moved to another medicine & within 6 months ALL the symptoms were reversed. In addition, my cognitive abilities returned (I was unaware just how much they had declined) - I was formally a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants & a VP Finance of a multi-billion dollar corporation. During the ten year period I had been forced to take early retirement. I am now once again, a Director of a Management Company and have recently incorporated a new company ready to launch a new business within 6 months. I can never repay the Dr for what she has done for me - literally saved my life and brought me back from "the darkness". I had seen at least 12 other GP's before I met her, none of whom were able to help me.

I am forever in her debt.

She quietly & firmly performed a miracle.
