Dear AnnieG01,

Many thanks for taking the time to post your positive feedback on your mums care following this accident resulting in her fracturing her hip.

I will ensure Maria within ED is updated on your kind words.

I hope that your mum is making a good recovery and is on the mend.

Best wishes

Andy

Hi AnnieG01,

Thank you for your kind words regarding our crew members, Claire, Stuart and Alistair, it is really nice of you to take the time to get in touch to say thanks and share you story.

It sounds like the care and support they and Maria gave you, your mum and the rest of the family was outstanding. It's also lovely to hear that they popped in to see how she was doing and before saying goodbye. I've no doubt they'll be back in to see how nanny is doing too if they can find the time between call outs!

I'm keen to pass this kind message from you onto them and also let them know about the card left for them. If you had some time, would you mind dropping me a quick e-mail at mark.hannan3@nhs.net with some more details (your mum's full name, address where the fall happened, date it occurred etc) and I can try and track them down in our system?

Meanwhile, thanks once again for your post, our crew will really appreciate it - and we hope your mum is recovering well.

All the best,

Mark
