I asked for particular hospital Finchley memorial due to ease of bus travel and said I could not go on specific dates in September being holiest days in year. Totally ignored. Given appointment as a different hospital Chase Farm very difficult to get to on public transport. Parking very expensive in multi storey carpark. In addition treatment appointment made on the actual days of Holiest Day of year when I said please avoid. I am a strictly religious woman.
