"staff are leaving!"

The staff are excellent.
But there is a massive problem with the number of staff leaving the hospital and not being replaced.
We are waiting for surgery to remove cancer and are being pushed back because of the shortages.
Previously 4-5 operations were being carried out a day, now only one!
