(as the patient),

Upon arrival I was greeted by an exceptionally polite friendly and efficient receptionist. Then Tracy very professionally explored medical history and personal details explaining details of test. She made me feel very relaxed and happy.

Upon exiting the examination room again I was greeted by a few friendly nurses who pampered me with sandwiches cookies and a lovely cuppa. We had an excellent laugh and chat .

I had a great experience because of the team who were 100 % professional and excellent.

Dear Happy marie, firstly let me thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on Care Opinion. I hope you are making a good recovery following your procedure.

I am happy to hear that you felt our reception staff were happy and helpful. As the first face a patient encounters in our unit they do strive to put you at ease and this is clearly working!

I will ensure Tracey is made of aware of your feedback, she will be delighted that she made you feel relaxed.

The tea and sandwiches, served with some chat and laughter, are always welcome following procedures in our unit, glad you enjoyed them!
