Arch and Ashley House services have been a godsend to me. I don't know how I would have coped without attending here. Vida, Maureen and group work have supported me especially when I have been at my lowest. Maureen referred me to Fresh Start, bereavement counselling. I have been lost since my husband died two years ago and was using alcohol as a crutch. I still have my bad times, but I know there is always a listening ear at Arch.

I am glad you have found the services on offer at Ashley House and the bereavement counselling that you obtained so helpful in assisting you in your recovery.
