(as the patient),

Had a minor operation to have mole removed from my back.   Kirsty, Pamela and Angela at Larbert made me feel relaxed and comfortable even though I was very nervous about the procedure.   They informed me what they were doing and I was kept informed throughout.   Thank you to the team for their help and support.
