About: Advocacy Support Cymru

(as a service user),

I accessed Advocacy Support Cymru and dealt with Mr May.

I found the service to be excellent and could not find fault with the way Mr May dealt with my case.

I think that Advocacy support  provide an valuable service for patients in mental health establishments in Wales. Mr May was very approachable and helped me work through a difficult issue with my care team, I would have found it very difficult to get myself heard without Mr Mays assistance. 

In conclusion I would not hesitate to use Mr May again and can only thank him from the bottom of my heart for his assistance and satisfactory outcome.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the service you received from Mr May, I will ensure that this is shared with him and the wider team as it really motivates us to maintain such standards when we hear what a difference advocacy support makes.
