"Problems changing my appointment"

About: St Mary's Hospital / Pain Management

(as the patient),

I have recieved an appointment with cronic pain department which I am unfortunately unable to make. I have been trying to ring the department for 2 days now with no answer just an automated messege telling me to try again later. In all I tried ringing 7 times yesterday and so far 8 times today still with no answer! ! I am not impressed by the service at all and this is not the first time I have had trouble with your department either.
