About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Surgery (Wards 16-18)

(as a relative),

My mother had frequent admissions to ward 4 in the last year of her life. Gary and the nursing staff were fantastic in their care delivery and genuinely warm and compassionate but also used humour and compassion in all interactions.

Thank you very much for your comments in relation to the care your mother received whilst an inpatient here at University Hospital Wishaw within Ward 4. Please accept my sincere sympathy to you and your family on the passing of your mother.

I will ensure your lovely comments are fed back to the staff in Ward 4, who work so hard in delivering a high standard of care to our patients. They will delighted with this feedback.
