Today I visited your x ray department at heartlands hospital and a very helpful man named Mac - Mohamed who greeted us. Our request had not come through yet for the X-ray and he was very helpful in contacting the relevant department for us to save us walking all the way back up - little things make such a big different he was very helpful.
