I am very needle phobic but needed to have a blood test. I went to the Phlebotomist at Newark hospital this morning. I am so nervous, I was in tears even before going in to the room! I saw Linda. She was lovely. So kind to me. I just wanted to say thank you for your skills, kindness and patience shown towards me this morning.
