About: Good Hope Hospital / Urology

Really disturbing stay on this ward. Terrible communication between staff, and generally everyone is so grumpy and clearly unhappy. I heard no end of nurses and healthcare’s bitching about each other in front of patients. If you ask for something, if your lucky someone may come back to you within an hour or so. Usually you just keep asking until eventually someone may help.

I got no sense of care from the nurses, everything seemed like your asking for the world. So disappointing and a sad reflection on the reality of our current NHS.
