"a million thanks for the opportunity and experience"

(as a relative),

Good.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate team. Well led and well trained and very experienced. Accepting of all kinds disabilities, focusing on the ability rather than the deficits. Bring the best out of an individual making them feel important, valued aqnd safe and secure. As a mother I felt very reassured and was treated with respect, compassion and understanding. My requests and comments were always listened to and discussed.

Only some minor areas for improvement such as a more reliable telephone system for contacting care managers out of hours. If the office was not manned, the mobile numbers were out of reach of a signal. This caused some anxiety at times in not being able to reach someone. A few  occasions of the internet being down. Residence could not get a phone signal.

100% recommendation and a million thanks for the opportunity and experience

Hello. many thanks for posting puppisrx49. Firstly I have to apologise for us not responding earlier, I note this was posted two months ago. I have no idea why we have not had this sooner. I promise I will look in to it as this is not acceptable, especially when someone has taken the time to comment on our services.

Can you please give me a ring or email me so I can know what service you are talking about so I can tell them how pleased you was with the service, and secondly so we can look at the phone system. I agree we cant have important calls not responded to properly.

My contact details are

Dear puppisrx49

I just wondered if you have thought about getting in touch with Paul? You left such lovely feedback but you also highlighted where things could be improved. This is important to us.

We don't know exactly what service you received and we would like to look into it to see why the phone system was causing problems but we don't know where to begin.

Can you help us? We may be able to make a change.

Paul is ready to have a chat or maybe drop him a quick e-mail naming the service if you are pushed for time?
