"Crisis team treatments and false hopes"

About: Cheshire And Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Crisis resolution

(as a relative),

Had crisis team because I am suicidal was brought in on 136 by police. Was seen for a 2half assessment by dr moe in clatterbridge hospital. Who has diagnosed me with severe pstd. Depression and anxiety. Said I need emdr treatment, complex needs team and started me on sertaline up to 200 mg daily.

Home treatment team came every day for approximately 8 wks. Gave me support a lot were lovely and others not so. I was promised all what the dr advised I needed   They all said I really need it and won’t be left on my own again like I was 10 yrs ago after spending 2 months in clatterbridge hospital.

Then one day out of the blue. They just discharged me as they didn’t or couldn’t get me any of the treatment I need.  Even on that day I told the nurse how bad I was feeling and insulted me by saying. Are you actively suicidal coz you know services are being taken away. My mother told them to get out of our house.she as disgusted, phoned up to complain about this member of staff. But had to wait 1 hr before being called band7 who said they have done there best   knowing that I need all these treatment s. But can't provide them. Got nowhere.  So contacted pals. Who got same response  so now today I have put a formal complaint
