I went into the RHH Theatre Admissions Unit for Endoscopic Sinus Surgery on August 6th. This is a very busy unit , not all patients were co-operative and the staff were all extremely busy.
However, the unit ran like clockwork and everyone was helpful, efficient and always smiling.
I had never had a general anaesthetic before but the theatre team made me feel relaxed and at ease.
From the Receptionist to the Consultant surgeon, all of the staff were outstanding and the care I received was wonderful.
This is the NHS at its best.
Thank you to everyone concerned.
