"Rarely get access when needed"

I find it almost impossible to get an appointment when I need it. I work over 25 miles away and so really need a late appointment but always struggle so have previously run out of my meds. and health has suffered. When I do get in I can then never get a follow up when needed so, surprise surprise my health suffers. I have used the online booking system in the past which has been fabulous but I can never get on it which is REALLY frustrating !

I have also had a very poor experience with one of the receptionist who provided me with some blood test results which was awful and I couldn't get off the phone quickly enough, I was really quite appalled with the experience .
