I saw a doctor today, 4th August 2018, which was supposed to be a follow up appointment from a clinic on 30th June
As there was no record of the notes from this appointment, the doctor was commenting on a clinic I attended several months ago, irrelevant to the condition to be considered today.
I have Lichen Schlerosus.
Today's clinic was to see how the condition had or had not progressed, and whether a biopsy was needed.
Without any medical notes, nothing could be done except give me ointments to use
I am very unhappy with this serious lack of proper record keeping.
Lichen Schlerosus can lead to cancer if not monitored properly
I'd like a reply please
