Dear serpensnt35

Thank you so much for your positive feedback regarding your recent stay within UHA.

Feedback from our patients is always welcomed, whether it is good or not so good, so that we know what we are doing right or what we need to change.

I will ensure that the team on Station 9 are made aware of your comments, it will make their day.

I hope that you are continuing to make good progress on your road to recovery.

Best wishes
