(as the patient),

I recently started my treatment on at the Beacon Centre. 

My journey started with a 99.9% diagnosis of oesophageal cancer, a PET scan also revealed an early diagnosis of breast cancer. My lovely oncologist Dr Walther confirmed my curative treatment was going to be, initially the oesophageal cancer.

The Macmillan Nurses, Laura and Millie, were my lifeline whilst awaiting results and treatment decisions. My wonderful family have been my support without them I am not sure I would have reached my final radiotherapy today.

It sounds as though you've got a family who care for you hugely and it's great to hear they supported you so well through your through your radiotherapy treatment.
