I have been at this practice since 2014, and to be honest I have not had the best care here (Although, that being said It isn't entirely awful) I find the hours they require you to call back for blood test results etc are impractical for a person in full time employment, and often mean the phone lines are clogged and you cannot get through. I have been on the phone for 25 minutes now, trying to get my Diabetic Fasting Blood Test Result and not been able to get through or leave a message at least. I find the receptionists overly defensive at times, and whilst mostly polite, not hugely helpful or willing to accommodate you if you urgently need something.The only reason I have not looekd elsewhere is the convenience of the location to my home.
