Excessive Cataract operation delays

About: New Cross Hospital / Eye infirmary

(as the patient),

From initial referral by optician in February 2016 to first operation was 16 months. I am still waiting for a reminder for  the second operation. I think it's likely that I will have a 3 year wait before the second operation is completed.
