"A big thank you!"

I would just like to say what an amazing team you all are. From the porters to the Consultants. I was an inpatient for the day, the care I received was outstanding. Follow up treatment and discussion of treatment received was explained thoroughly along with tests and results. I was always treated with dignity and never felt uncomfortable about treatment received, even when the pharmacist came to give me medication she took me into a quiet room to explain how and when it was to be administered. My consultant’s secretary would pass on messages and get back to me regarding my treatment.

Not being well isn’t good but it really helps when you feel like you’re being cared for and that you are a person not a number. Thank you to you all for your hard work and dedication, you really do make a difference.
