"Great experience"

About: Kingston Hospital / Accident and emergency

After arriving in the UK from Australia the day before, I had reason to attend your hospital's A and E department in extreme pain on June 12 this year. I was processed efficiently,blood tested,examined by a doctor,underwent a CT scan where kidney stones were discovered, prescribed pain relieving drugs and advised how best to manage the issue, all in the course of the morning. A follow up appointment was made with a urologist 2 weeks later and this was an equally efficient and pleasant process

A CD of my case was forwarded by mail so that I now have a record to show my doctor here in Australia if needed. At all times I was treated with kindness, dignity and respect and the level of professional service I received was excellent. I can't tell you how relieved I was to find out the cause of my problem and how best to treat it. I am not a UK citizen yet the service I received was second to none.
