The ambulance arrived promptly, taken to Ayr ED to be checked out and transferred to CAU at Ayr Hospital . In CAU the admitting doctor was excellent, her manner was gentle and patient.
Transferred to Crosshouse by ambulance, crew were compassionate with a great sense of humour.
3E staff both days and nights, nursing, medical support staff were great. I was treated kindly and without judgement.
The nursing staff, although very busy, ensured I was well and they treated me how I would like everyone to be treated. Very kind + caring. A team to be proud of.
I can't say enough positives. But also a big thanks to all,
