About: Northwick Park Hospital / Respiratory medicine

when we arrived to see doctor everything was fine, until you came to book another appointment despite 4 people behind the counter only one was doing this job now i know that they may be doing something else but , one lady who appeared to be in charge seen a family she knew and went out side the counter to chat with them, for at least 15 minutes and despite the clerk asking her for help she ignored them and we carried on waiting for 20 minutes i feel this is not professional and lets the hospital down badly..
