"Helpful"

I have had problems with Doctors before due to homelessness, however since joining the surgery I have been able to address some of my health issues. I am currently awaiting an operation and have been required to make several visits to a gp. The first time I arrived just as it opened and was able to make an appointment for an hour later, which was fantastic. Yesterday I rang to inquire about renewing a prescription which they said would take 48 hours, however this morning I was in so much pain that I could not wait much longer so I rang up and was able to make an apointment for this afternoon. I felt that the doctor listened to me whilst I was there last time which has been an issue in the past and also no judgement placed which was a welcome relief from experiences I have had before. For what must be a overwhelming busy city center surgery I feel it is doing a fine job in these times when our services are stripped bare and underfunded, most grateful, thank you.
