What I liked

I am finally out of the persistent and excruciating pain which has dogged the last four years of my life. I hope it lasts.

Anything else?

I'm not sure I would have been offered the option of the caudal epidural but upon asking for it my request was taken seriously. Many thanks to the various NHS staff who have helped me progress this far (particularly the physios) and for their advice about the options particularly when I thought I was running out of them and was looking at permanent discomfort.
