About: Broom Leys Surgery

I have been with the surgery for over fifty years and have been happy there. Not anymore in the last few years it has gone down hill fast the receptionists don't seem to be bothered, and the last doctor I saw just didn't want to listen at all I've since tried to avoid him but if you need a call back it is sometimes him and every time the same he does not listen to you, I have a long term illness so I spend a lot of time there feal so so let down that my husband and myself are moving to another surgery

I do apologise that you feel the surgery is not currently offering you a satisfactory level of service. It is always difficult to comment on particular situations when they are anonymous, as we are unable to investigate fully.
