"Tonsillectomy for my daughter / July 2018"

My daughter was admitted to the hospital for tonsillectomy under the consultant ENT surgeon.

I spent all the day with her before and after the procedure. I was so impressed by the level of care we received. The surgeon kindly saw us before and after the procedure . He kindly explained all about the procedure and the stay in the hospital. The level of professionalism of The consultant was excellent all the way through.

The staff were excellent in every aspect, cooperative, polite and professional. They made our hospital stay such a positive experience in spite our understandable anxiety. The nurses kept on visiting my daughter after the procedure frequently for observation.

Just to say thanks to surgeon, nurses , health care assistants, porters, the dinner lady and the cleaners. You all did an amazing job. Thanks
