I am very satisfied with Hall Green Health. Me and my familt have been visiting this surgery ever since our local doctors merged into this health care centre. I am a long term patient at Hall Green Health and would recommend it.
I have seen several different GP’s here and now me and my family prefer to see the same GP. He is great and very intelligent doctor. He listens to your health concerns and always follow’s up after the consultation. It can be via a telephone conversation or visit to see him or another doctor.
My family say ‘He is polite and friendly. He always tries to find the correct medication for your needs. If it does not work he goes out of his way to find another alternative medicine. I trust the doctor.’
I think the surgery is great and is keeps improving to stay in today’s technical climate. The new website is great and user friendly. I can navigate around it much easier.
