"Just Joined this surgey"

Joined the surgery earlier this year and very pleased with the whole service, i have had to make several appointments which have been done with ease and i like the fact you can book in at a terminal on arrival and no waiting at the reception (Appreciate this is at most places now but it means the receptionist is free for other things) its clean and tidy and plenty of local car parking space.

Each appointment has been on time and the text messaging service is really useful.

There has not been any waiting queues in my experience and i have waited no more than 5 minutes to be seen for either the nurse or a doctor.

There is plenty of information at hand in the waiting area and there is a receptionist if required, would rather not have to go in the first place but from my experience its a good practice.
