Dear Colin 1944

My name is Farai and I am the Engagement & Experience Co-ordinator for the Trust. Thank you for sharing your story. I was sorry to read of all the set backs you have had to overcome, but I am glad to see that the Recovery College has been supportive and helping you cope with this.

I wish both you and your wife all the best with your recovery journeys.

Kind regards

Farai

Thankyou for your wishes and I would recommend the recovery college because talking helps keeping it bottled up inside you and feeling an outcast is very easy to do and can cause other problems.
