"The head and neck team"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / General surgery Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / General surgery

(as a relative),

My 91 year old mother was refered to the head and neck team at the QMC with a small lump in her neck. From the first appointment she was treated absolutely brilliantly. She had a biopsy at the City and the surgeon was so lovely and very patient as she has a needle phoebia. She was then admitted on to C25 where she was seen by the surgeon Mr Pollock and the Anaesthetist Peter who were both wonderful and put her mind at ease. The ward staff were also caring and compassionate, especially Lousia, a trainee AN.

The care could not have been better and she has made an amazing recovery. Thank you all
