We (mum in law Maureen and I) would like to offer our thanks and sincere gratitude to the radiographer her assistant, the Gynae ANP and her support worker (apologies whilst we were introduced by name we have forgotten) from the Women's Unit and not forgetting the reception staff.

Mum in law was popped onto a 2 week pathway on Monday, we got our appointment yesterday to come to stafford today.

As anyone can imagine recognising the implications of a 2 week pathway we were quite anxious, however our experience today has been one of being treated extremely well by everyone, your staff are to be commended for the lovely caring manners, their professionalism and their smiles.

Its these traits, being treated with such kindness that made all the difference to Maureen she came away feeling confident that irrespective of results all the indivuals had her best interest at heart.

Today for us it was the NHS at its absolute best,

So a big thank you to all, Stafford should be very proud of their teams.

Thank you so much for commenting on your recent experience of our hospital. I can only imagine the anxiety you and your mother in law were facing but I am so pleased to read our staff we able to offer some reassurance.

I will ensure I share your kind words with all the staff you mention.

With best wishes
