(as the patient),

I had several physiotherapy appointments at Croydon University Hospital, for chest pains. I had a wonderful experience. My therapist was called Martin. Though I believed he has now moved on from the department. I was treated with care, dignity and respect and am very grateful for the treatment and advice I received.
