"I have made drastic Major improvement"

About: Inclusion Cambridgeshire

(as a service user),

I was helped by a variety of health services after a massive manic episode, the worst I have had since 2004. The crisis team III option NHS, very helpful.

I was given the option of going to Inclusion and since then I have made drastic Major improvement - the professionals are helpful , realistic, understanding, and above all non judgemental - within 3 weeks I am seeing my problem/s in a COMPLETELY new light. I mainly dealt with Laura and Hannah and Hannah is my new keyworker.

The service I used in 1999 was called the Drug and Alcohol Unit - same place, same building. I love the cafe and feel and are able to visit regularly

This is an example of services working together, good referral but mostly you wanting to change things. well done. The place has changed a lot, of course in that time. I am very proud of the staff and the way they work passionately with service users to help them and hopefully this is what you have experienced.

Thanks again

Paul
