(as a service user),

I cannot say thankyou enough to the amazing staff on beech ward. Although I didn't need much physical help the offer was always there & they understood that my needs were not entirely physical. They never judged me & were professional & compassionate at all times.. cleaners, tea ladies, nurses, doctors... 10/10.. P. s thankyou for the extra bits of food Tracey!
