"Treatment at RAH Paisley"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency Royal Alexandra Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 21-23)

(as a service user),

I had a sudden onset swelling of the knee which was painful and affected my mobility.   I self treated for 3 days using RICE and taking Ibuprofen, but it progressively got worse and had to go to A& E on Sunday.   I was through triage quickly and after a wait of about an hour, was seen and treatment began.   I was sent to Orthopaedics where they really looked after me and my wife.   In particular Rose? (sorry, I looked at her name badge but her name has not stayed with me) the Staff Nurse on duty was brilliant.

Dear Aldo 1877

Many thanks for your kind feedback following your recent attendance to the RAH site. It is reassuring to hear that your experience was such a positive one.

I will share your lovely comments with the relevant departments and staff involved. It is always rewarding for staff to receive such positive feedback from patients they have cared for.

I wish you a speedy recovery.

Many thanks again.
