I would like to express my gratitude and say an enormous thank you to everyone involved in my care. Just over a year ago l was diagnosed with breast cancer, which was devastating for me and my family but the expertise, care, competence and compassion of your Breast Surgery team, Breast Care nurses, Chemotherapy nurses, Oncolgy and Radiology teams made a horrible time in my life much easier than it could have been. I literally owe my life to all of these people and the existence of our fantastic NHS.

I never felt unsure or uneasy with the treatment l was getting - l felt listened to and cared for throughout and l will never forget the marvellous teams that have looked after me and continue to care for me.

I feel incredibly lucky to have this brilliant hospital - you were there for me, as you are for so many others, in the darkest hours. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who works there. You are all amazing.
