"total waste of time f11"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital / Clinical haematology

had to visit f11 on Tuesday 10th July.

everything seemed to go well but later it seemed that the nursing staff didn't want to do what the doctors had expected to be done and as a result i was waiting for nearly 4 hours.

at first i was told one thing then something else. at no time was i given a wrist band before receiving treatment and even after the ward sister was aware of my dissatisfaction with the events she did not come over to address the situation.

on this occasion the doctors did everything write but the ward staff failed in the quality of care commitment.
