(as the patient),

I had surgery on my ankle for lateral ligament reconstruction and I was a patient on the Day Case Ward. The staff from the start were so friendly and so nice, made me feel relaxed and calm. One of the nurses was extremely nice I believe her name was Heather? Another young girl I think was called Katie was so nice too. The physio Phillip who came to see me again was so kind and patient and helpful. Thankyou for a positive experience and all your kindness.
