Had my nasal polyp op by Mr Ram recently

Cannot speak highly enough of clinicians involved with my care. Mr Ram inspired total confidence - a gentleman!

Nurses on the Ward were superb, especially day shift.

ONLY criticism is time to dispense drugs on discharge, waiting 5/6 hours? not good but I only mention it as I think the problem could be easily resolved by a bit more staff resource?

Well done NHS I will be forever grateful.

Waiting for medicines to go home with has been a problem for many years and we have tried many things to improve on this. We will not give up! I am very sorry that you had such a long wait, it really should not take that long if everyone does their jobs in a timely manner.
